Welcome to AltitudeWash! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our
website and the drone cleaning services provided by AltitudeWash Canada Inc.
(“AltitudeWash”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing our website or using our
services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Scope of Services
AltitudeWash provides professional exterior cleaning services using unmanned
aerial vehicles (UAVs or “drones”), including but not limited to window cleaning,
facade cleaning, roof cleaning, and solar panel cleaning for commercial,
industrial, and condominium properties in the Greater Toronto Area and
surrounding regions.
2. Quotes, Payments, and Deposits
Quotes
All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total service fee is required to secure
your booking.
Final Payment
The remaining 80% is due upon completion of the service.
Taxes
All fees are subject to applicable Canadian taxes (HST).
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Client Cancellation
If you cancel the service less than 48 hours before the scheduled date, the
deposit is forfeited.
Weather Policy
We reserve the right to reschedule any service due to unsafe weather conditions,
including high winds, rain, or extreme cold. We will work with you to find the
next available date at no additional cost.
4. Client Obligations
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide safe and unobstructed access to the property and a staging area
- Notify tenants, residents, and occupants of the scheduled service
- Close all windows and secure loose items on balconies or rooftops
- Disclose any known pre-existing damage prior to service
5. Limitation of Liability & Risk Acknowledgment
Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that drone operations involve inherent risks. You agree to
release AltitudeWash from liability for incidents not caused by gross negligence.
Pre-Existing Damage
AltitudeWash is not liable for damage to materials that are already cracked,
loose, or in a state of disrepair.
Insurance
AltitudeWash maintains commercial liability insurance of at least
$1,000,000 CAD. Liability for damages caused by direct negligence is limited
to insurance coverage.
6. Aerial Imagery & Marketing
Consent
You grant AltitudeWash permission to capture photos and videos of your property
during service for operational and marketing purposes.
Usage
Imagery may be used on our website, social media, and promotional materials.
Reasonable efforts will be made to anonymize content where appropriate.
Privacy
Use of imagery is subject to our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the
property of AltitudeWash Canada Inc. and is protected by applicable copyright laws.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal
laws of Canada applicable therein.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The latest version will
always be posted on our website with the updated revision date.
